  • Lemon Bay Conservancy – Englewood
    A nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the natural environment of the Lemon Bay area in Southwest Florida. One of their notable projects includes the transformation of a former golf course into an 80-acre Wildflower Preserve.
  • The Environmental Conservancy of North Port
    This grassroots nonprofit focuses on acquiring and permanently conserving small parcels of land—referred to as “stepping stones”—within neighborhoods in North Port and surrounding areas.
  • Big Waters Land Trust
    Their initiatives focus on safeguarding water quality, conserving natural habitats, promoting sustainable agriculture, and enhancing climate resilience.
  • Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation SCCF
    SCCF is dedicated to protecting and caring for Southwest Florida’s coastal ecosystems. Notable efforts involve sea turtle monitoring, mangrove restoration, and operating a marine laboratory to study and address ecological challenges in the region.
